Coaching is about creating a safe environment for clients to explore themselves, bridge the gaps between where they are and where they want to be, and building the structure and accountability necessary for growth and sustainable change.

Coaching Options

 

As a Coach, I support leaders, professionals, and individuals as they connect with what is important to them, and the impact they want to have on their work, families, and communities. I do this through a variety of coaching programs, both in 1:1 and group coaching capacities. Through the process of coaching my clients are able to venture forward with conviction and intentionality in their professional and personal lives.

01 — Leadership coaching

I work with leaders who want to lead with more empathy and courage & create high-functioning, communicative, and successful teams.

02 — Professional coaching

I work with professionals who are daring to make a transition in their career and step into work that is aligned with their strengths and the lifestyle they want.

03 — Personal coaching

I work with individuals who are ready to explore what the next chapter in their personal or professional life looks like.

The purpose of working with a coach is to maximize your potential, both personally and professionally.

I will help you identify specific goals and your unique strengths, and challenge you in areas of growth and opportunity.

I will support you on the pursuit of your specific goals and encourage you to think deeply about how achieving your goals will impact your life as a whole.

You will conclude each session with a deeper understanding of yourself and an actionable step forward.

The Process:

01 - 30 minute Consultation

On this initial call, I’ll ask you what brings you to coaching and answer any questions you have about working together. Whether you’re looking for support on a single topic or for ongoing support in your personal or professional development, we’ll talk about how we can work together to best serve your goals.

The main purpose of this call is to determine if we’d be a good fit to work together. The coach/client relationship is important for the success of your coaching! If I’m the right coach to support you and we agree to work together, we'll schedule a Foundation session.

During the consultation you’ll have the option to add on a sample session. This is an opportunity to get a feel for what coaching would look and feel like.

 

02— 90 minute Foundation Session

During this session, we will dive deeper into your goals and values, develop our working alliance, and I’ll introduce some coaching tools to use as we move forward in our coaching relationship. This session is called a Foundation Session because we will use the information gathered during this call as your baseline, building on the work done here on the calls that follow. This sets us up with a strong foundation to move forward in future coaching sessions.

 

03— Ongoing Coaching Calls (60 minutes)

During these sessions, the focus is on you! These calls can be voice-only or video calls, whichever you are more comfortable with. I have custom proposals depending on your specific goals, but I typically recommend starting with 6 sessions, once every two weeks, so that you can fully commit to your goals and keep up the momentum between sessions. We can re-design the frequency at any time based on your needs.

 

04— Completion Call (60 minutes)

In our final call together, we will re-visit the baselines discovered in the Foundation Session and reflect back on your progress to date. This helps to summarize your learnings and key takeaways from our time together and celebrate your success. You will leave the call knowing that I remain a resource should you decide to restart coaching at another time.
