Hello and welcome!

I’m Brianna, a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC, ACC). I work with individuals to intentionally engage in their lives, and in doing so, maximize their professional and personal fulfillment.

I have a special interest in career transitions, particularly those involving family businesses, as this is where much of my personal experience lies.

Coaching Style:

My style of coaching focuses on creating a clear vision of my client’s goals while fostering a deep connection and establishing trust; this provides a safe space for my clients to explore what they really want and how they will achieve their goals.

Through connection, challenge and accountability, my clients are reminded of their goals and objectives throughout and between coaching sessions, empowering them to achieve their vision of success.

Who I Coach:

I work with leaders who want to lead with more empathy and courage, and create high-functioning, communicative teams. I work with professionals who are daring to make a career transition, and I work with individuals who are ready to explore the next chapter of their personal or professional lives.

I also coach entrepreneurs and individuals who are working within a family enterprise. As someone who grew up around a family business and spent a decade working in her family’s business, I can empathize with the challenges, complexities, and joy that comes from running or being involved in a family business.

I have a special interest in career fulfillment and transitions; most people spend a large percentage of their time and energy at work, so why not enjoy it? I believe it’s possible to enjoy your work and have a career that aligns with your values and the lifestyle you desire.

Education & Experience:

I received my coach training & certification with the Co-Active Training Institute, considered the “gold standard” in coach training by the Harvard-affiliated Institute of Coaching. I am accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and also earned a BAH in Psychology from Queen’s University.

Outside of Coaching:

Outside of coaching, I love to move my body as much as possible, whether that’s in a Pilates or spin class or walking along one of the many beaches near my home in Vancouver, B.C.

I believe that we all have the ability to transform the way we live and work. No matter where we are today, we can take action to live a more fulfilled and aligned life through the process of coaching.

Motivation comes from within — I’m here to help you activate it.
